    Let me tell you. These are the best gluten free and dairy free fish and chips I've ever had! They have fresh home made pasta every week and their cocktails are to die for. There is also live music sometimes on Fridays or Saturdays! The owner (and chef!) is charming and the staff is lovely :) 200% recommend!

    Excellent meal. Friendly staff. Attentive owner. High quality ingredients, prepared with expert care, at a reasonable price. Very excited to have such an excellent restaurant nearby. Tasted the Caesar, fish n’ chips, and MTL pizza with smoke meat. Be advised, Randy’s serves Detroit style pizza. These are not the round flat pizzas you may be accustomed to. Deep dish and square, the crunch is drool inducing. Can’t wait to come back and sample more of the menu. 10/10 recommend. Edit: went back for another visit at lunchtime. Can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. Tasted the fish cakes, Silk-Fil-A fried chicken sandwich, and chicken parm sandwich (limited time special). Both sandwiches are phenomenal and the fish cakes were fresh and delicious. Very well composed dishes. The Silk-Fil-A sandwich is a MUST-TRY. And if you’re on the fence, get the fries, you won’t be disappointed. The market salad is also very good for those of us watching what we eat. The service was on-point, again. And the owner, who was cooking in the kitchen, took the time to talk with us and the other patrons after our meals. Randy’s embodies what I desire from a friendly neighbourhood bistro.

    Atmosphere is somewhat no frills (still has personality though), but the food and friendly staff make up for it. We had steak frites, chicken sandwich and caesar salad which were all excellent. Like one of the best caesar salads in the city. Highly recommend and looking forward to going back.

    Everything was absolutely delicious - better than a lot of places we’ve eaten in Montreal. We had the steak frites, caesar salad and silk-fil-a and everything was perfectly cooked and seasoned. So happy to have this spot in the neighborhood!

    This is our first time here at Randy’s Bistro. My family and I had brunch here and all five of us completely cleaned our plates. I personally had the chille relleno omelette with the country potato’s- 10/10 would recommend. The restaurant environment is clean and well kept, we will be back! Thank you for the wonderful food and service!

    Cute little neighbourhood restaurant. Staff is friendly. Their Caesar salad and beignets are delicious! Some nights they have live music too!

    Went here with my work colleague for a light meal and we were very happy with the experience! Small, clean and bright seating area and excellent service. We stuck to sharing a few of the side dishes (nachos, poutine and grilled cheese) and liked all of them. Very friendly and the dishes tasted great!

    Everything here is made from fresh ingredients. I dropped by for lunch and I also took an order to go home later on. I started off with a piping hot bowl of tomato soup. It was delicious. I then sunk my teeth into their already trademark grilled cheese and bacon sandwich. For dessert, the warm beignets with chocolate and strawberry dipping sauces were oh-so fine. I enjoyed the steak bavette with fries and a plain thick-crust pizza with tomato sauce, mozzarella and basil. I have never had a pizza categorized as “plain” so tasty! There is plenty to choose from on the menu. Besides a weekly table d’hote, as well as oyster and themed nights, you can enjoy a variety of salads, their popular fish cakes, nachos, the Silk-dil-A fried chicken sandwich, popcorn chicken, chicken wings, chili and whistle dogs, fish and chips, nachos, mussels, short ribs, pasta, some other flavored pizzas and more. The MTL pizza, with grainy mustard bechamel, smoked meat, pickles, mozzarella and red onion, will be one of my future selections. @mtlrestorap
